Scope of Work includes:

31 Acre Tract subdivided for 79 lots

This job consisted of clearing/ burning, Sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and the water system for each individual lot and the subdivision roadway. Each lot was built up to pad ready lots.

We provided 13 road front lots in phase one so the owner could start building homes while we were continually working through the remaining lots.
